Adobe Sign does not work in Adobe Acrobat Pro Desktop 23.0

We all got new Apple PowerBooks with Apple Chip end of 2023 running Somona 14.2.1

Usually we use e Signatur included in Desktop Version. This is not running anymore. A white box appears and Acrobat hangs up.

Adobe Sign web version runs without any problems. This is our emergancy plan because we use actions for workflow and now we have to start on desktop version then open Adobe Sign to finalize.

 

Anybody an idea?

Please let us know if the issue started recently. Ensure that the application is updated to the latest version. 

You may refer to the following page to know about the latest updates available: 

 

Check if the issue occurs only when you try to send a document for signature. If you get any error messages, please share them with us. Try the troubleshooting steps as mentioned in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/troubleshoot-system-errors-freezes-mac.html

 

If the issue still occurs, share the Acrobat version number. We may also require the logs for further investigation. To capture the logs, you may use the Process Monitor tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/acromonitor.html).
