Adobe Sign down time?

I need to sign several documents and I can sign the by clicking on "review and sign" in the email, but the tab "manage" in my Adobe Sign profile does not show any documents which are up for signature

Thank you for reaching out and sorry about the trouble.

 

As you have mentioned above, the document are not visible in the Manage tab.

Could you please check again and let us know if the document are still not visible?

Ensure that you are using the same email address to sign in to the account on which you receive the document for "Review and Sign".
