Adobe Sign (e-signature) Document loading but not displaying / Urgent help needed (Many thanks)

Dear Team, 

I am using for a while with no faults, the functionallity of e-sign from adobe reader. 

However it has been two days now that my document, who successfuly loads, does not display then for me to position the signature field and then send to the requested signatory. 

Would you please let me know what should I do to correct this issue.
