Adobe Sign email bounces to when sending to bigpond.com domain

I have an issue with one of my signers having their email bounce back as undeliverable for an agreement I am sedning them through AdobeSign. The domain is bigpond.com.

 

There are no issues with other gmail signers on the agreeements and no previous issues with the bigpond.com domain. The signer is receiving my outlook emails at their bigpond.com domain email address so it appears to AdobeSign specific issue. 

 

Any advice on what is going on and how to resolve?

I have contacted the Adobe helpdesk and this is the reply.

 

I also spoke to Telstra and as I am not a customer they are unable to help me.

They did help you.  Ask bigpond.com to add those email addresses to their white list so they system does not block them.

The Telstra customer service officer wouldn't do anything for me because I am not a customer. If you are please ask them to do it.

I am also having the same issue. It is only bigpond.com that I am having issues with, all other domains seem to be ok.

Adobe Sign please provide an answer asap, as I have very important docs that need to be signed asap.
