Adobe Sign Enterprise Extension Invalid: Invalid_Request

Hello, I am trying to use the Adobe Sign Extention with Zoho CRM. I have signed up for the Adobe Sign Enterprise Trial account, and have attempted to sign into the extension but received an error "Unable to authenticate because the client configuration is Invalid: Invalid_Request". I have verified that using other browsers, or using incognito mode does not resolve the issue. I have also verified that my credentials are correct. Please advise on how to resolve this issue.
