Adobe sign Enterprise Licence limit to 10 signatures request

Hello Adobe community,

my employer offers an enterprise adobe licence. Although when I try to request signatures for a document, a message pops ups that there is a maximum limit of 10 signature requests. Do you have any similar experience and possible solutions to this issue? Thank you in advance for your help.
