Hello, the subject message appears when creating a new signing session and I try to access my document cloud. No details, no error code. Started happening suddenly.  Signing out and signing in doesn’t work.

So I just heard back from someone last night (after trying a million different troubleshooting options) and they said it appears to be an Apple mobile issue only (since it's not affecting desktops), not an Android issue. I don't know what type of devices you have or if this applies to you or not.

They've also tried different troubleshooting techniques and those didn't work, but said they've narrowed it down to a glitch in the app, and they're hoping that when there's an app update (when that is they don't know 🙄), that will solve the issue. So to just update the app and keep our fingers crossed.

I don't blame you for wanting to change programs. I'm considering doing the same if this doesn't get resolved in the next week or two.

Same thing happening to me. Does anyone know if they have resolved the issue?

Mine has been fixed. I'm not exactly sure when it happened, but I noticed it a couple weeks ago.

Have you tried updating the app to see if that helped any?

It appears that there isn't anyone looking to resolve my issue. I'm working on cancelling my Adobe subscription and going elsewhere. I need an interactive document/signature program that actually functions.

I've been getting the same error message for the last month or so on my iPhone and iPad and nothing I do is fixing it! I can still send everything fine on my desktop, but my mobile devices won't let me do it.

Anyone have a clue as to why it's doing this?
