Adobe Sign & Fill for 5000 PDF's per year

I want my truck driver to get his delivery notes signed by the customer.

I found the Adobe Sign & Fill app for Android which is very user friendly but I don't find the correct info what this will cost me to have approx. 5000 documents per year signed via this App.

The PDF synchronisation will be done by Dropbox in the background.
