Adobe Sign & Fillable PDF

Hello,

I am uploading my fillable PDF into Adobe Sign, and once the document is signed off, the final  pdf is no longer a fillable pdf- is  there a way to fix this?

I suppose there are multi level approvals & signers. 

Send agreements and collect signatures (Multiple parties need to sign a document you are sending) : Send agreements and collect signatures

Signer & Approver Roles : Signer and Approver roles

Add form fields : Adding form fields | Tutorials

Assign Rolls to form fields :  Assign roles to form fields

I suppose the above documents will help you to better understand Adobe Sign working & will let you achieve your workflow.

If you fill in the form fields after everyone has signed you are changing the document/agreement. Potentially changing what everyone agreed to. Do you think people who signed one form will be happy with their signature on a different form?

Hi Micheal-

Good point, the form has a sign off portion for the Job Requisition, once approved the Manager can use that form to fill out the New Hire Information which doesn't need approvals, but need to be tied to the approved Job Req.
