Adobe Sign for Architect Seal

For digital seals of drawings by NC registered architects, the NC Statutes require that security comply with Federal Information Processing Standards FIPS 180-4, "Secure Hash Standard," amended August 2015.  Does Adobe Sign comply with that standard?
