Adobe Sign for Salesforce - sending related files with agreement

I am new to Adobe Sign for Salesforce. I have set up an agreement template with an additional attachment (File from Salesforce Object).

When I generate the agreement, it pulls the correct related file from the Salesforce object but when proceeding to the next step (Preview and Add Signatures) I receive a generic error. After some investigating, I have found that if I change the ownership of the related file to myself instead of the system user I no longer receive the error.

I have view access to the related file otherwise and I'd prefer not to have to change the ownership of the file. Is there a permission or change I can make to the Adobe Settings within Salesforce to accomplish this?
