Adobe sign for Sharepoint Online - Error sending a document for signature

We have configured the Adobe Sign for Sharepoint Online and in the site we are 3 users, one of them is Adobe Sign admin and the other 2 aren't. Only when the Adobe Sign admin sends a document for signtature, the process is completed ok. But when any of the other 2 users try to send a document for signature, we get an error saying: "Something went wrong, please try again later."

 

What are we doing wrongly?
