Adobe Sign for Word and Excel cannot Login

I have a trial account for adobe sign. I have installed Adobe Sign add-ins to MS Word and Excel (Office 365). However the page cannot load at Authorize and Login step, which keeps loading forever.

I have tried to reinstall the add-in, restart MS Word, restart the PC etc. All did not work.

Could anyone help?
