Adobe sign form

We are going to implement Adobe echo sign API in our web application.

We would like to know, In Adobe echo sign, is there a form which accepts all required fields like Agreement name, message, recipient email, signature type, password protected etc.? or do we need to add this inputs in our site and pass via API method create agreements?

Example: if we click on adobe sign for a particular document in our site, is it possible, it redirects on adobe sign which accepts all require parameter and send the document to recipient?
