Adobe Sign Form - Insert Image from Dynamics 365 Sales

Is it possible to insert an image in an Adobe Sign form from Dynamics 365 Sales?

I can easily insert text using the Agreement Template and Data Map, but do not find a way to insert a note (image) related to the primary entity into a form.
