Adobe Sign Form - pre fill with new employee info and always send to same signers

I have a form - set fields to pre-fill by the author.  I want different staff members to be able to fill this form and click send without having to choose signers.  They will always be the same signers, just the information on the forms will be changed - likely 5-10 forms a day.  How can I set this up to make it the simplest flow for employees filling them out?
