Why the Adobe Sign function is disabled. The message below page says that Adobe Sign is not available now, try later. When later? I need to send out documents kind of urgently. Please help.

This is a user-to-user support community.   It appears Adobe Sign had an issue earlier today but should be working now.

Im still having issues as of this morning 24/1/22! It wont populate a document for signature - just starts at 72% and doesnt move.

When I try to log in to adobe sign it reads "We experienced problems with Adobe login. Please try again." What am i paying for?!

Hi Lets Talk Voip,

Sorry for the delay in response.

We have checked your Adobe Sign account with the email address used to sign in to the community, and it shows as a free Adobe Sign account. We see that you are subscribed to Acrobat Pro DC.

Could you please confirm if you changed your Adobe ID recently?

Please try opening Acrobat online account using this link: https://acrobat.adobe.com/ and sign in using your Adobe ID. Then go to the E-sign tab and select Request Signatures. Check if you can send the document for signature without any issues.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

I have the Acrobat PDF Pack and have been using AdobeSign every week for 1.5 yrs.  I am suddenly no longer able to circulte a PDF for signature - I can only add my own signature?  What happened to that functionality?  I urgently need to send documents out for signature today.   I never downloaded a desktop app and have always just used the online option.

Thinking I'll just pay for a month of DocuSign...this is ridiculous!
