Why the Adobe Sign function is disabled. The message below page says that Adobe Sign is not available now, try later. When later? I need to send out documents kind of urgently. Please help.

This is a user-to-user support community.   It appears Adobe Sign had an issue earlier today but should be working now.

It has been several days since your post however I still cannot access my Adobe Sign. It isn't available in my Tools selection and I can't search for it. The only tools available under Forms & Signatures are Fill & Sign, Prepare Form and Certificates.  I needed this option yesterday, 2/10/22, and couldn't resolve it. Today, I logged into the web and did it there which was a workaround however I need access to the tool on my desktop again. Is there something that I am missing? Thank you - Valerie

Hi

So I tried this and it worked for one signature request and now it has happened again and won't send.

I followed the above steps twice in a row and nothing??

I'm getting frustrated and stressed. I have a business to run and im paying a monthly subscription for no reason at the moment....

I have the Acrobat PDF Pack and have been using AdobeSign every week for 1.5 yrs.  I am suddenly no longer able to circulte a PDF for signature - I can only add my own signature?  What happened to that functionality?  I urgently need to send documents out for signature today.   I never downloaded a desktop app and have always just used the online option.

Thinking I'll just pay for a month of DocuSign...this is ridiculous!
