Adobe Sign functions not available after license changes

My employer recently made changes to our adobe licenses. Before, I was able to set up templates for Adobe Sign as well as to access the bulk sending feature. Now both functions still appear in my account, but whenever I select them, I get the error message "This feature is temporarily not available, please try again at a later moment". This is persistent. I tried logging out and in again and accessing the online tool via different browsers (Firefox 138.0.4 and Safari 18.5). The company admin says everything looks fine on their side. What is the problem?

We checked your account, and it shows as inactive. That is why you are not able to send the document for signature. Please ask the Acrobat Sign account administrator to contact the Acrobat Sign Enterprise support team so that they can make the necessary changes at the backend to activate the account. The administrator can raise a ticket using the steps suggested in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/admin/contact-support.html

We do not have access to the backend, so there is not much we can do.
