Adobe Sign: Get sign in person doesn't appears in application

After last app updates, on my iPad when I open file to sign, doesn't appears "get sign in person", I must to fill my document and send to customer's email for sign, does anyone else get this? How can I solve?

sorry for delay, after last version installed on iPad (3.27.4) now it's possible to "sign in person" but after signature appers "Missing required fields, signature space company", can you help me please?
