Adobe Sign (GigaSign) SSL Errors - Custom CA support?

Hi,

My work uses a Secure Web Gateway that intercepts and MITM HTTPS requests. My company's CA is properly installed in my OS cert store (in this case MacOS Keychain). Do Adobe products support configuration to respect a custom CA? If not, how do I find a canonical and complete list of hosts that need to be configured by my company to pass through and not intercept?

Hi archlinux,

Thank you for reaching out.

It seems that you are using the Adobe Sign Enterprise plan. If you have an integration-related question, the experts can best answer it. I suggest you, please get in touch with our Adobe Sign Enterprise support team to get the correct information about this. You may contact them using the steps in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/adobesign-support-resources.html.

Thanks,
