Adobe SIgn hangs on Safari

Good day

I have a user that uses a Mac and is having issues opening Adobe Sign from Safari.

Does anyone perhaps have a solution for this.

Safari is up to date.

Is the Adobe Sign site that doesn't open or hang on Safari, or is the document you have been sending out for signature getting hung?

Try resetting the browser, deleting cache and cookies, or changing the browser to Chrome for testing.
