My dashboard is missing the sign option and telling us we cannot access this feature. HELP!

    Hi Andrew,

    Do you mean there is no 'Send' button on your dashboard? If yes, this may be because your account may have been moved to Cancelled accounts channel. There may be many reasons for the same, but primarily it happens in case of non-payments.

    If you think this occurred in error, try getting in touch with Adobe Sign support folks. They will be able to guide you the best.
