Hello,

Ive noticed I'm unable to send a sign link manually to a customer, for some unknown reason, my customer is not recieving the email? sent from adobe sign.

Ive double checked the email (Correct)

Customer checked Spam, Junk, InBox, Trash Not there?

An suggestions.

Is it possible to inbox me the document details

  1. -Sender’s email address.
  2. -Signer’s email address.
  3. -Name of document.
  4. -Date of transaction.

Please don't share the details on public forum.

What kind of account? My enterprise account is set up to disallow emails to accounts outside of the system. My personal account has no such restriction.
