Adobe Sign: How to require exactly one checkbox (of several) to be checked?

Title says it all. A similar question has been asked numerous times, but I haven't found a solution I can easily implement.

The most promising answer was to put the checkboxes into one "conditional group" - but I'm not sure how to do that. Google turns up nothing.
