Adobe Sign: I have upgraded my free trial - but my account is still restricted!

Hi,

After trying Adobe Sign, I finally upgraded my account today - at a cost of £95. However, my account is still restricted and it is telling me to upgrade.

Please help!

I see that you Adobe Sign account didn't got automatically provisioned with the Adobe Sign subscription.

Adobe should learn from experience. The same problem has happened since 2016. Now, this is 2021.. and I am still experiencing the same issue just like others!
