Adobe Sign in ETLA agreement

My query is as follows, an ETLA agreement for Adobe Sign, do you only have access to the Adobe Sign console? ...

In context, an Adobe Sign VIP deal has access to One Console (Admin Console) as well as the Adobe Sign Console.

So I don't know if, I can't see that console in the ETLA agreement or it just doesn't have it included.

Do I have any option to see the number of transactions I acquired and how many I have consumed in an ETLA agreement?
