Adobe Sign Integration Key Information

Hi,

I am creating an adobe api application using oauth but it is not going to work for me because I do not want any user interaction so I want to use an integration key, but I don't seem to have the ability to do that on my account. Is there a reason why? Also how exactly does the integration key differ from using the rest api with the authorization code? Does it follow the same work flow, but just passing the Integration key?
