Adobe Sign is not sending the email
Hello,
I am having problem with the agreements for signature. I am able to upload the document and send the request for the agreement and receive successful responce with the agreement id. However, the email is never sent, and when I try to open it from document in progress in my account it shows this message:
The document is not yet available or will have no pages to view.
and the status on the left side is shown as:
Status: Documents not yet processed
Does any one have a solution for this problem?
