Adobe Sign is sending from an old email address

When I send document to be signed they go from and come back to an old email address. As I am using this for work purposes, it is not professional coming from a personal email account. I have changed and updated my email everywhore on Adobe to my work email address, but this is still happening, please help?

I had an email account that decided to lose incoming and outgoing emails without 3warning. Theit help centre could not help so I had to change addresses. I now cannot correct the sign in as Adobe will send emails to the nonexistant account. Is there any way I can communicate with Adobe to correct the anomyly?
