Hi the password that I used to set up the document is not working correctly. I have checked and it is the correct password that I used when I set up the document for signature. Please help!

If you password protected a document, then you cannot expect Adobe or fellow users to be able to help. The password protection is doing what is is supposed to do. You will need to make a new document.
