Adobe Sign jumps back after clickin gon Send button

Question

Mitarbeiter hat sei Mai Probleme mit seinem AdobeSign. Er kann sich einloggen und auch eine Unterschriftenanforderung vorbereiten und ein Dokument hochladen. 
Sobald er jedoch auf "Weiter" klickt arbeitet das System kurz und springt dann wieder zurück auf die Seite des zweiten Screenshots.
Zwischenzeitlich wurde auch die Hardware ausgetauscht (neues Notebook). 
Auch hier keine Änderung.

If the user is still experiencing the same behavior, we need the email address used to check the account status. You may share the email address in a private message. You may send a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page.

To test, you can ask the user to clear the browser's cache and cookies once. You can also try using Chrome's new incognito window to see if that helps.
