Adobe Sign loading error (progress wheel spins endlessly)

Hi, I did a forum search prior to posting this, and everything seemed to be unrelated or specific to a browser or Mac software.

In short, I'm a premium user, but have never been able to use the Adobe Sign feature... I've just been paying the $15/mo for 2+ years and never taken the time to contact support (or what ended up being the forum, since I didn't see a support or email button in my dashboard).
