Adobe Sign, Log in issue

My Adobe Log in works fine but i cant log in to sign a designated Document that i received.

Don’t use the Adobe ID link proposed by the system after you entered a wrong password ... the adobe ID is not linked to adobe sign and is just misleading

Please let us know what happens when you try to sign a designated document. Do you get any error message? 

If yes, please share the screenshot.

 

Try signing in to your account first, then open the document from the "Waiting for you" folder to sign it. Check if that helps.

I received an email to sign the document but it allways tells me that my Password is wrong. I allready changed the passwort 2 times but i still cant  sign in to sign :).

Hi sven_8164 ,

 

Can you confirm if the document was sent via Acrobat Sign? If yes, can you locate the document in your Acrobat Sign folder? 

If you can share the video showing how you open the document and what happens, it will help us to understand the issue.
