Adobe Sign login has expired

All of a sudden our Adobe Sign in Sharepoint quit working.  How do we get this back?

Hi Tinamons,

 

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble.

 

We have checked your account with the email address used to sign here in the community.  We see that you have Acrobat Pro DC for the team, which does not include the Adobe Sign integration feature.

 

Could you please confirm if you are using a different email address for the service?

If not, would you mind sharing the Adobe Sign options you refer to in SharePoint?
