Adobe sign loop on iPad with no functionality

I've been using Adobe sign on my laptop without any issue and also on my iphone. Today I downloaded the app for my iPad. After getting stuck in several sign and loops, when the app finally opens it looks like the web browser. It does not look like my phone app. Or functionality within the iPad app is not working. I click on any kind of function and it freezes. The button to get requested has in the lower corner get up. No matter what I click on it nothing happens. Anyone else having this issue?
