Adobe Sign mega sign document does not pull customer name field when viewed on mobile.

Hi,

I am about to send out a bunch of agreements, and I first did a small test via Mega Sign. I sent out 5 copies and created a form field on the document called Customer Name, which should pull in the customer name from the Excel file i imported back. The users who viewed and signed the document from their computers saw the company name field, but the users who viewed and signed the document from their mobile device did not.

Why would a document appear differently on the computer versus on a mobile device?

Why is this happening? Is there something I am doing wrong?
