Adobe Sign Netsuite Integration, templates

I am attempting to use the Echosign bundle in netsuite and i am able to do everything the installation instructions describe, but see no way of actually using existing templates that are in AdobeSign. I've attempted to contact support, but they refuse to help since I am only on a trial and have sent me here. Would appreciate any suggestions if someone has done this successfully.
