Adobe Sign Nightmare

Every few days Adobe is relentlessly sending reminders to folks I sent Adobe Sign documents to. Adobe published a method to stop these reminders, but it doesnt work. My customers are getting very annoyed. I want a final, all empowering method to NEVER allow a reminder to be sent for any reason AND a way to stop all the reminders from this recent job. Thank you.
