Adobe Sign - Not Authorized To Send Documents For Signature

Hello All,

I've had one of the staff at my organisation report they are unable to request an e-signature, they are getting an error message - see 1st screenshot.

I have checked the product they are assigned to and can see that Adobe Sign is enabled - see 2nd screenshot.

 

Is there anything simple I am missing?

Hi Pete, 

 

A few questions for you -

 

1) Is the User added in the organization's Sign Product Profile on the Admin Console? 

2) Have you checked if they are a restricted user by any chance inside Sign Console? 

 

It is possible to restrict users from signing documents from the Sign Console settings. Kindly make sure they haven't been restricted from signing by any chance. See attached screenshots for exact settings.
