Adobe sign not loading, stuck on preparing document

I am using Adobe Sign on Windows 10 with Chrome and haven't been able to load a document.  The program hangs at preparing document.  I have tried multiple computers and browsers without success.  Anyone know what's going on or how to fix?

I was able to fix this problem by deleting the offending document and uploading a new copy.  Not sure what the issue was perhaps the first one was corrupted somehow.
