Adobe Sign not opening on Windows 10

I bought an Adobe Sign subscription yesterday, and haven't been able to send my documents yet because the product simply doesn't open.  Other tools which were purchased at the same time appear to be working well.  Anyone else having an issue logging into Adobe Sign?  Need to resolve quickly as deadline is quickly approaching for me to get these signatures. 

Sometimes I'll get a "request entity too large" after I've entered my username and password, but it only happens about 10 percent of the failed logins. Most of the time I enter my password and I just wait on a blank screen.
