Adobe Sign not working

Hi, I am trying to use Adobe sign and it's so difficult.  I can't find the templates  I have created from the App and on a browser https://documentcloud.adobe.com/ the sign tab just has a blank page. I have cleared the Cookies and Cache and it still doesn't work, I've tried different browsers and it doesn't work.

It's not user friendly at all.  I can't even attach a screenshot as it comes up with an error.
