Adobe Sign not working on my iPad

I have been using Acrobat Sign for months now on my ipad. Suddenly when I open the app it makes me sign in three times and then it opens to the Acrobat home page. I have looked for updates to the app, tried restarting my ipad and even reinstalling the app.

Any error shows?  I just sent an agreement using my ipad and had no issues.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

 

Try reinstalling the Acrobat Sign and signing manually by typing in the username and password.

Check if that helps.

If the issue still occurs, could you please share the screen recording of what happened?
