Adobe sign notification

Hi,

We are not receiving adobe sign notification when we send out documents for signature and when the document has been signed. All the required boxes under "personal prefernces - My Notifications" are checked in. The support staff (ob chat) isnt helpful and has wasted almost an hour with no result.
