Adobe Sign (online) drops the zero in the day field when brought in from Acrobat causing error

This is a bug that needs to be fixed. Adobe sign (online) drops the preceeding "0" on single digit day date field when brought in. The original Acrobat created document pdf  had the correct data...  "February/01/2025",  but after loading into Adobe sign, Adobe Sign converted the date to "Feruary/1/2025" thus causing an error in the expected format "mmmm/dd/yyyy".

To fix, I have to manually ad back the "0" preceeding the day for every entry before it will send.

(Of course if the date is a double digit day  "15", it works fine). Please fix this bug. Thx

Hi Neil24045074470i,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delayed response.

If you are still experiencing the issue, please share the document you created in Acrobat. We will replicate the behavior on our end.

Also, check if this happens with other documents with similar form fields. It will help us understand the issue, and we can get this checked.

More information would be helpful for further investigation.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Here's a form <attached> with sample data on it.

Here's the screen shot of the errors.
