Adobe Sign Only Shows One Page of a Multi-Page PDF
Hello Adobe Community,
I'm facing an issue with Adobe Sign and would appreciate any guidance or support. Here are the details:
I received a 10-page PDF document via Outlook that I need to sign through Adobe Sign. When I open the Adobe Sign link in Microsoft Edge, it only displays one page (1/1), and the rest of the pages are missing. Additionally, it keeps signing me into my personal Adobe account instead of my company account, despite selecting the company account.
**Steps Taken to Troubleshoot:**
1. **Logged Out and In:**
- I have signed out of Adobe Sign and signed back in using my company credentials. This didn't resolve the issue.
2. **Downloaded the PDF:**
- I tried downloading the PDF from the link and opening it, but it still only shows the first page.
3. **Multiple Attempts:**
- I have had the PDF sent to me multiple times, but the issue persists with each new copy.
4. **Checked Browser:**
- Cleared the cache and cookies in Microsoft Edge.
- Tried opening the Adobe Sign link in Google Chrome and Firefox, but the problem remains the same.
5. **Adobe Sign Settings:**
- Verified that there are no restrictions or filters applied to the document in Adobe Sign.
6. **Reinstallation:**
- Uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Acrobat, but this did not fix the problem.
7. **Account Issues:**
- Despite choosing the company account, it defaults back to the personal account. Cleared saved login information in the browser, but it didn't help.
**Additional Information:**
- This issue was not present last week, and the same process worked without any problems.
- I have an enterprise license for Adobe Sign.
- The problem is not isolated to my device; other colleagues are also experiencing similar issues.
