Hi, i have upgraded to a team plan for Adobe sign.

I still cant find the menu to stop all signers from recieving a signed copy of the agreement with the PDF attached.  I only want myself to recieve the agreement.

Any help would be appreciated.

@faisal_5223 To control whether signers receive a signed copy of the agreement as an attachment, you'll need to access your Adobe Sign web interface (not your desktop Acrobat app). Once logged in, navigate to Account Settings (usually found under your profile picture or the Admin tab, if you have admin rights). From there, look for sections related to Send Settings or Email Settings. Within these options, you should find checkboxes or toggles that allow you to manage which participants receive a copy of the final signed PDF and if it's attached to their notification emails. If you don't see these options, it might be a setting configurable by your team's Adobe Sign administrator.

Hi faisal_5223,

Thank you for reaching out.

As you have upgraded to the Team plan, please ensure that you have the Administrator rights for the account. The options to make the changes in settings are available to the account administrator only.

Could you please share a screenshot of the options you get when you access the Acrobat Sign account settings? Please confirm if you are using the same email address for the Acrobat Sign account that is used to sign in here on the community board.

Please refer to the information on the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4dL6XiM

Feel free to let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
