Adobe Sign Problem with fields

Hello, I have problems with forms that I send for signature.

The multi-line text fields are converted to single lines and only part of the text is visible.

What can I do? I need multi-line text fields in the form so that the customer can fill them in.

    Could you please let us know how the PDF form was created and sent for siganture?

    It would be helpful if you could share the screenshots of how the text in the form field appears. Also, if the document is filled or still needs to be completed.

    Hi,

     

    I will be back on my PC on Friday. I will post Screenshots then.

     

    I created the form with libre Office and saved as Pdf. In Adobe it was working fine until I sent it for Signature.

     

    Then I tried to delete one of the form fields and inserted a new one directly in Adobe.

     

    Same behaviour after adobe uploaded it to the Signature server.
