Adobe Sign Problems

Question

Dear all,

Everytime I try to send a document for signing, the page gets stuck on the uploading to cloud storage page before timing out and saying it can't connect to the adobe server. I've unistalled and reinstalled and upgraded to pro. Nothing is working. The troubleshoot options useless too? Any ideas?

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
